Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation: The words with initial capitalization have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions apply singularly or plurally.
Definitions: For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The June Collective, with its registered office located at 81 E Block, Sirsa, India.
Services refer to the social media and marketing services offered by The June Collective for sale on the Website.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase services from Us.
Website refers to The June Collective's website, accessible from https://www.thejunecollective.com/.
You means the individual accessing or using the Website or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
Refund Policy
Your Refund Rights: Given the nature of our services, including social media management and marketing strategies, we do not offer refunds for services provided. Once payment has been made and services are rendered, fees are non-refundable.
Transfers: If a client wishes to reschedule a service or training session, we allow for the transfer of the appointment to an alternative date or event hosted by The June Collective. To initiate a transfer, the client must provide us with a minimum of five (5) days' written or electronic (emailed) notice expressing the desire to reschedule. The client can inform us of their decision via email at shivangi@thejunecollective.com.
Gifts: If services were marked as a gift when purchased and then sent directly to the recipient, the recipient may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be provided to the recipient.
